Privacy & submissions

Your information

When submissions are open, the form collects your creator name, email, build details, a media link, and your permission to review them. We use these details to evaluate a potential feature and contact you about it. Your email is not displayed publicly or added to a marketing list by this form.

Submissions are processed and stored through our hosting provider, Netlify. Hosting and security providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.

Submission terms

Only share content that you created or have permission to share. Do not submit passwords, private server details, other people’s personal information, or files you do not have the right to distribute.

Submitting gives the production team permission to privately review the linked materials and reply about the submission. It does not transfer ownership, promise compensation, or guarantee a feature. We will seek your permission and agree on credit before featuring your work publicly.

Send builds intended for a public audience. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to submit for you.

Video playback

YouTube videos load only when you choose to play them. Playback uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. YouTube may process playback information and use storage after you interact with its player. Its own privacy policy applies.

This site does not currently include third-party advertising or analytics scripts. We do not set an analytics or advertising cookie ourselves.

Questions or deletion requests

If you have received a response from the team, reply to that email to request a correction or deletion. When submissions are open, you can also use the submission form, identify your previous submission, and write “Privacy request” in the build-name field. We use submission information for editorial review and follow-up, and remove it when it is no longer needed or on a verified deletion request, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs.
